Toberua Island offers a range of water-based activities as part of your island stay – explore with snorkelling, hand line fishing, kayaking or sailing on a hobie cat. Toberua Island is relatively small, in comparison to some of Fiji’s popular tourist resorts, ensuring a truly peaceful resort stay.

The Resort’s restaurant reflects the island’s small number of guests, with a set menu. You’ll find a three-course lunches and four-course dinners. Enjoy Fiji’s festive feasts with a barbeque buffet held weekly, usually on Saturday nights.

Also on the island, you’ll find a bar, gym, and bure dedicated to spa treatments and massage. There’s also a salt water pool to break up your ocean swimming. As well as the nine-hole golf course that is revealed at low tide, there’s a nine-hole path putting course. Ease into the nightlife with ‘world versus Fiji’ volley ball matches in the afternoons. Follow with dinner in the oceanfront dining room and then cap it off with a tropical fruit-adorned cocktail at the oceanfront bar.

Head to the Toberua Passage, mere minutes from the island to dive your choice of the 20 dive spots. There’s a dive to suit beginners to advanced divers. The warm tropical waters host spectacular coral formations including, overhangs, archways, shallow walls and gardens, as well as underwater caves. The marine life you’ll most likely meet include white tip reef sharks, morays, green sea turtles, batfish, eagle rays, walu, barracuda, tuna, lobster, fire dart fish and trigger fish. Take The Wreck dive to see the 300-foot freighter ‘Cardinia’ ship wreck. Then make your way through a maze of coral heads that feature swim throughs.
