With close proximity to the airport, Vuda Point Marina has a great transfer service. There is a 24-hour taxi service connecting the airport. Options include bus or taxi, or shopping, neighbouring villages and hiking expeditions. By sea, there are island cruises and transfers to the outlying Yawawa and Mamanuca archipelagos. Most restaurants at Vuda Point serve traditional Pacific Island menus, with a touch of European flavour. Chefs like to use freshly caught local seafood and pull resources from the land. This is a customary ethos of the local Fijians.
