Try the Donghuamen Night Market for some tradition street style cuisine. Delicacies from all regions of China can be found here, but beware you will find the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to food markets. Some may be sceptical of the fried seahorse or scorpion kebabs, but that’s all part of the wonder of an exotic street market isn’t it? China also boasts absolutely amazing roasted duck dishes and you won’t be hard pressed to find one of the countless roast duck specific restaurants scattered through the cities.
