Travel to San Antonio de Pichincha
San Antonio de Pichincha lies in an area of Ecuador that is means “plain of fruit” in the native Quechua language. You’ll find this small community just to the east of Casitagua and southeast of Pululahua.

One hidden gem to discover when visiting San Antonio de Pichincha is the Intinan Solar Museum. It is a local and private attraction, just to the northeast of the ethnographic museum. Because of its location, you can see water flowing clockwise and counter-clockwise down a drain due to the Coriolis effect. Eggs can be balanced and other tricks possible only around the equator are demonstrated.
